DAILY WORKOUTS
The IMRTL style of fitness has been crafted over decades of group fitness coaching and personal training experience. We focus on functional movements that protect and strengthen the integrity of your joints - No tweaked backs and blown out shoulders here! Each day brings a new functional training workout combining strength, mobility, and conditioning. Our style is diverse, and you’ll see everything from Crossfit-style wods, traditional bodybuilding movements, gymnastics techniques, and other innovative approaches. We use a wide array of movements, some of which you may be unfamiliar with. But trust us and stick with it, and you will see your strength, skills, aesthetics, mobility, and fitness knowledge improve. Have fun!
DAILY COACHING & DEMOS
Every day begins with a “Coach’s Notes” video that explains the workout and provides tips on how to approach the day’s training. Each movement has a demonstration video which shows you proper form and technique. There are modifications for every movement so that you can customize the workout for your personal needs and goals.

IMRTL’s in-house, internal medicine doctor creates informational videos, guides, and tips on increasing your healthspan (healthy years of life – think quality of life) and lifespan (total length of life). She specializes in functional medicine and breaks down the most complex concepts in the science of longevity and biohacking. NUTRITIONAL RESOURCES
IMRTL’s in-house, certified functional nutritionist delivers weekly recipes that are simple, fast, and nutrient-dense. Diet plays a significant role not only in aesthetics and performance, but it directly impacts longevity. We do not promote extreme diets, complex rules, meticulous tracking, and short-term results. Instead, we cultivate a sustainable approach to nutrition that focuses on real, whole foods, improving the gut microbiome, and increasing specific vitamins/minerals/nutrients that are scientifically proven to prevent disease. And it tastes good too!
